• *HVAC Service Center Leadership Opportunity:**
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Center Leader to support the General Manager in directing the total activities of our service center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will provide leadership to personnel and key processes of the center, driving operational efficiency and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the General Manager to implement organizational policies and goals.
• Oversee the coordination of activities across sales, maintenance, installation, and other departments to drive operational performance.
• Support the Sales Team leader in achieving sales goals and contributing to budget analysis.
• Ensure payroll processes are accurate and on time.
• Train Customer Service Specialists on key performance indicators and best practices.
• Manage dispatchers and technicians to optimize capacity and call volume.
• Enforce adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Analyze customer satisfaction feedback and respond accordingly.
• Assist the General Manager in planning and tracking sales goals.
• Develop ongoing performance feedback and counseling for employees.
• Maintain compliance with HR guidelines on reviews, counseling, and discipline.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the HVAC industry, including sales, installation, and service.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong technical troubleshooting abilities.
• Valid driver's license.
Compensation Package:
