Compensation Package
A competitive salary and bonuses are offered, ranging from $80 - $110k based on performance. Additionally, we provide a Sign-On Bonus up to $5,000 based on experience.
Job Responsibilities
• Perform high-quality maintenance, service, repairs, installations, and replacements for AC & Heating systems.
• Diagnose issues and make recommendations as needed.
• Collaborate with inspectors, suppliers, and coworkers to ensure accurate project work.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatchers, CSRs, and customers.
• Maintain a professional attitude with customers, colleagues, and supervisors.
Requirements and Qualifications
To apply, you must have at least 2 years of Residential HVAC Service Tech experience.
