We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Management Director - HVAC to join our team at Johnson Air Conditioning & Mechanical. As the right-hand man to the owner and CFO, this individual will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of field service experience and possess exceptional leadership and technical skills. They will be responsible for overseeing the technical operations of our service team, including maintenance, repair, and installation of HVAC systems.
This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000, with additional benefits including health insurance, vision insurance, and 401(k) matching.
The job responsibilities include:
• Maintaining positive attitude of field personnel
• Reporting skill level, technical knowledge, and overall competence of each service technician and installer on a regular basis
• Providing training and continuing education opportunities for service technicians and installers
