Job Title: Low Voltage System Installer

About the Job: PRC Resources is seeking a motivated and reliable Low Voltage System Installer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow their career in the low voltage and structured cabling field.

Key Responsibilities: • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot various low voltage systems, including network/data cabling, audio/visual systems, and security systems. • Perform cable pulling, termination, and testing for voice, data, video, and other low voltage applications. • Follow blueprints, technical drawings, and installation instructions to ensure accurate and efficient system setups. • Work independently or in teams to complete projects according to schedule. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site while adhering to safety protocols and industry standards. • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless project execution. • Demonstrate strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality at all times. • Participate in training and development opportunities to advance technical skills and knowledge.

Requirements: • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand and power tools. • Prior experience in low voltage cabling or data tech roles is preferred but not required. • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds of equipment and materials. • Must demonstrate a strong work ethic, dependability, and a positive attitude. • Reliable transportation and ability to arrive at job sites on time. • Certifications in Low Voltage or Structured Cabling (e.g., BICSI, CCT, or equivalent) preferred. • Ability to follow detailed instructions and troubleshoot issues effectively. • Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others in a team setting. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and quality.

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement.
