In this role as a BAS Service Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing building automation system (BAS) projects, working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and maintenance teams.
You will manage project teams, estimate costs, coordinate resources, and support sales efforts, all while maintaining a strong focus on energy efficiency, environmental sustainability, cost management, and occupant comfort.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $$95,000 - $125,000, based on your level of experience.
Required skills and qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of experience in service sales and/or estimating
