They will build strong relationships with General Contractors, attend meetings for job planning and quality control, and communicate effectively with the Project Manager.
Safety and Quality Assurance:
This role requires ensuring compliance with safety policies, leading toolbox safety meetings, performing daily safety inspections, and weekly quality control reviews. The successful candidate will foster a motivated and accountable workforce.
