Job Description
The Regional Service Manager will be responsible for managing technicians and administrative staff. This role requires effective communication as it is critical to the development of our operational team and quality of support we provide to our customers.
This position involves various responsibilities including recruiting and developing administration teams, delivering company goals and metrics, providing customer satisfaction, and dispatching tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Key qualifications include at least 5 years of field technical HVAC experience or equivalent business experience, strong computer skills, and ability to build rapport with clients. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role and be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
The Regional Service Manager will be responsible for:
• Recruiting and developing administration teams
• Delivering company goals and metrics
• Providing customer satisfaction
• Dispatching tasks
• Evaluating and performing annual reviews with Operations Manager approvals
• Reviewing company reports and sharing with team
• Communicating needs to field teams (Dispatchers, ASMs, Operations Manager, and VPs)
• Escalation point for callbacks
• SUCCESSFULLY promoting the company's image, appearance, and reputation
• Managing customer relationships for assigned area
• Maintaining and communicating weekly activity schedule
• Ensuring efficient and well-planned scheduling of all calls
• Ensuring area meets or exceeds customer and company SLA requirements
• Managing dispatchers and ensuring company systems and procedures are followed
• Bottom-line accountability for assigned divisions
• Managing labor and material costs
• Supporting ASM and the development of technicians
• Delivering high-level customer service on a consistent basis
