About the Job
This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC service and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of controls and centrifugal chillers, as well as excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills. You will work closely with our team to prioritize customer satisfaction, safety, and comfort.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Service, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues efficiently
- Prioritize customer satisfaction, safety, and comfort
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals
- Meet all requirements listed below:
- At least 5 years of experience in HVAC service and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of controls and centrifugal chillers (a plus)
- Excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening, background check, and DMV driving record check
Schedule and Compensation
- Full-time schedule with 8-hour shifts, day shift, on-call, overtime, and year-round work
- Competitive salary range: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
