Job Description:
The Regional Service Manager oversees technicians and administrative staff, focusing on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and meeting company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead administration teams and develop their skills
• Deliver all company objectives and metrics
• Provide high-quality customer support
• Train and onboard new dispatchers
• Evaluate employee performance annually
• Analyze company reports and share insights with the team
• Communicate effectively with field teams
• Serve as a backup for escalated customer issues
• Maintain a positive company image
• Develop and maintain customer relationships
• Coordinate weekly activity schedules and optimize call scheduling
• Meet or exceed customer and company service level agreements
• Manage dispatchers and ensure adherence to company procedures
• Drive financial performance for assigned divisions
• Support ASM and technician growth
• Consistently deliver outstanding customer service
Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of field technical HVAC experience or equivalent business experience
• HVAC management experience is required
• Technical knowledge to provide value to technicians and customers
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using computers
• Strong interpersonal skills to build client relationships
• Proven success in previous roles
• A driven and results-focused individual
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments

Compensation Package: Estimated Salary Range $80,000 - $95,000 per year
