Duty Description:
• Provide solutions to customer concerns by analyzing, diagnosing in a professional timely and accurate manner. Promoting products, services including specifically replacement pro
• Complete necessary repairs and routine maintenance of systems for all heating, air conditioning, ventilation as well as accessories in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain accurate inventory of all HVAC resources as well as completing all necessary electronic documentation for record keeping.
• Responsible for delivering excellent customer service and maintain high levels of overall customer satisfaction.
• Creating a positive learning environment in field for ongoing training with a team of technicians
• Coaching mentor and track team progress to achieve daily and monthly goals that are in line with company and department initiatives.
• Work with Service Manager and Training Manager to develop industry leading processes for overall better workflow and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma for GED with additional training and 5-7 years’ experience in HVAC. Technical training certification required.
• 2-5 year experience as a supervisor or training position
• Must possess all valid licensing or certification for EPA and safety requirements including a valid driver’s license.
• Skilled at servicing heating, air conditioning, ventilation equipment as well as related accessories
• Proficient mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate all necessary tools and equipment.
• Proficient at reading wiring diagrams and troubleshooting problems with electrical, refrigerant and duct systems on HVAC equipment.
• Effective communication skills to communicate with external and internal customers. The ability to resolve customer concerns or complaints.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of customers during peak seasons with an on-call rotation as needed.
Qualifications:
You must have these things:
• 1-year experience as an HVAC Service Technician
• Valid US Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
Responsibilities:
• Clean, adjust and repair HVAC systems- air handling units, duct work, vents, condensation drainage
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan
• Engage with customers/clients to inform them of issues, solutions and outcomes; recommend products and services for optimal system performance
