• *Key Responsibilities**
• Sales Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our commercial HVAC client base.
• New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Client Engagement: Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client needs and provide tailored HVAC solutions.
• Sales Execution: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with project managers to ensure seamless execution of HVAC change-outs and other services.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in commercial HVAC sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
