Job Opportunity: HVAC Service Technician
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing products and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.
You will use a variety of hand-tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
You will identify, analyze, diagnose, and repair systems and products at customer's location.
You will perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as needed or requested by customers.
You will prepare for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials, and coordinating on-site work, as necessary.
You will inspect vehicles by checking vehicle condition and cleanliness.
You will maintain vehicles by keeping records of service, scheduling, and complete repairs and maintenance service.
You will maintain equipment by inspecting for signs of wear. You will notify the customer and/or Operations Manager of findings.
You will document work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files.
You will represent the company by serving as a direct customer contact.
You will determine parts to order for repairs and timeliness of need.
You will document work by completing paperwork on each job, including daily time, progress, and duration; and maintaining files.
You will record parts, material, labor, subs, and other cost data per assignment and return unused resources.
You will turn in all required paperwork and reports in a timely manner.
You will keep current on all products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair.
You will read and interpret product specifications.
You will provide technical support to customers.
You will be flexible to work overtime/weekends as necessary.
You will have regular travel requirements with some overnight travel, as needed.

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
