• *Job Overview:**
Bosch Group is a leading provider of innovative technology solutions, and we are currently seeking an experienced HVAC professional to join our team as a Home Comfort Support Representative.
This role will involve providing technical support to customers and contractors across the US, utilizing your expertise in water source heat pumps, air-to-air heat pumps, boilers, and other heating and cooling systems.
As a member of our remote team, you will work from the comfort of your own home, with occasional site visits and minimal travel required for training and service work.
• *Key Responsibilities:
• Provide phone and email-based technical assistance to customers and contractors on various heating and cooling systems.
• Work closely with product management, quality, and warranty teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions, using computer-based electronic systems.
• *Requirements:*
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC, with a focus on water source heat pumps, air-to-air heat pumps, and geothermal systems.
• 3+ years of experience in two or more of the following areas: air conditioning circuits, boiler operation, ground loops, domestic hot water systems, oil and gas installation, and hydronic systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused attitude.
• Salary Estimate: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on location and experience.
