About the Role
The HVAC Dispatcher at The Blue Collar Recruiter - Marietta is a dynamic and challenging position that requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. As the Key Point of Contact for Our HVAC Service Team, you will be responsible for coordinating service schedules, managing customer communication, and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Responsibilities and Requirements
In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Scheduling service appointments and dispatching technicians.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and service histories.
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
• Collaborating with the Service Manager to ensure efficient service delivery.
What We Offer
As an employee of The Blue Collar Recruiter - Marietta, you can expect a competitive salary range of $55,000-$65,000 per year, based on experience. Additionally, we offer two weeks of paid vacation, seven paid holidays, up to $200 per month towards medical insurance, and a 401(k) plan with matching up to 4%.
