We are seeking an experienced Heating and Cooling Team Manager to join our team at The Blue Collar Recruiter - Marietta. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our HVAC technicians, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and driving business growth.
Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the daily activities of HVAC technicians, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, reduce callbacks, and increase revenue.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and coach technicians to improve their skills and productivity.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of projects and meet customer expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, equipment maintenance, and service performed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a technical or vocational HVAC program is preferred.
• Proven experience as an HVAC technician, with at least 3-5 years of experience in commercial and residential HVAC systems.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, demonstrating the ability to manage and guide a team of HVAC technicians.
• Valid HVAC technician license or certification as required by local regulations.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
