Job Title: Senior HVAC Technician
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
We are seeking a skilled Senior HVAC Technician to join our team at Morris & Associates. As a senior technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing complex HVAC systems.
About the Role:
• Troubleshoot and repair 3-phase motor control systems
• Install and maintain new HVAC systems, including compressors, valves, and controls
• Provide technical support and training to lower-level technicians
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working with commercial or industrial HVAC systems
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical instructions
