HousePro, a leading HVAC contractor in the Houston area, is seeking an experienced customer service professional to join its team as a dispatcher and communication representative. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling technicians, and ensuring excellent customer service.
In this fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for:
• Answering inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service
• Making outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments
• Communicating with technicians to ensure efficient job execution
• Ordering parts and materials for technicians
• Scheduling customers and entering relevant data
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be comfortable on the phone, and possess excellent communication skills. Past call center or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15-$23 based on experience, 50% split health insurance after 90 days, and a casual work environment.
