Sales Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Residential Sales Technician to join our sales team, responsible for conducting sales calls, providing personalized solutions, and promoting HVAC products to residential customers.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough sales assessments to identify customers' HVAC needs and preferences.
• Offer customized solutions, providing expert advice and guidance on HVAC system selection and installation.
• Promote and sell HVAC products and services, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their concerns, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with installation teams to schedule and oversee HVAC installations, guaranteeing seamless execution and high-quality results.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities, informing future strategies and improving overall performance.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary range of $200,000 - $400,000 per year, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth and development within our organization.
This role requires a valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record, ensuring safe transportation and reliable performance.
