Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Regional Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for increasing sales of HVAC products and services in large school systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop new business opportunities and grow sales with existing customers in regional school systems.
• Build relationships with schools at various levels, including maintenance and operations and school boards.
• Work with Lennox Commercial and Residential Sales Districts to coordinate and execute sales.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating, and managing time.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software.
