Job Overview
LDI Mechanical Inc. is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team in the multi-family HVAC industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing start-up processes on newly installed equipment, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing various HVAC systems.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the HVAC field, with the ability to work independently and full-time, Monday through Friday (occasional weekends). This role also requires strong communication skills and EPA certification.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform Start Up process on newly installed multi-family HVAC equipment
• Inspect, maintain and repair various HVAC equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions
• Troubleshoot/Repair Hydronic Heating Systems
• Assist with installation of new HVAC systems
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, 401k match, paid vacation, sick days, and holidays.
