Key Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC systems, including refrigeration cycles, chilled water systems, and air distribution systems.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with other technicians to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and present proposals to clients, outlining scope of work and estimated costs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and education.
Requirements
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; trade school or degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in the HVAC industry, with a strong background in mechanical systems and electrical systems.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license required.

Salary Range
