Job Summary:
The HVAC Service Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our HVAC service department, ensuring seamless execution, and fostering a culture of excellence. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced leader who can motivate, train, and mentor technicians to achieve exceptional performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Service Department Management: Oversee all aspects of service department operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.
• Team Leadership: Build, develop, and manage a high-performing HVAC service team, focusing on recruitment, training, and mentoring technicians to drive success.
• Client Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to grow revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Budget Management: Manage departmental budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving profitability through effective cost control.
• Process Improvement: Develop and implement processes that maximize efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall performance.
Requirements:
• 10+ Years HVAC Experience: Proven track record of managing complex HVAC service operations, with experience in leadership, budgeting, and process improvement.
• Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and services, with expertise in equipment operation, maintenance, and repair.
• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required; Trade School preferred.
Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
