About the Role
LDI Mechanical Inc. is looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. As a member of our multi-family HVAC team, you will be responsible for performing start-up processes on newly installed equipment, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing various HVAC systems.
You will work closely with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our services. We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, 401k match, paid vacation, sick days, and holidays.
Responsibilities:
• Perform Start Up process on newly installed multi-family HVAC equipment
• Inspect, maintain and repair various HVAC equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions
• Troubleshoot/Repair Hydronic Heating Systems
• Assist with installation of new HVAC systems
Requirements:
• EPA certification
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and full-time
