As a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial and residential HVAC service and installation, you will provide on-site support to technicians and installers, manage emergency service appointments, and develop maintenance programs tailored to meet customer needs.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead a team of HVAC technicians, installers, and helpers to deliver exceptional service and support to customers.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee performance and compliance with safety protocols.
• Manage inventory, materials, and vehicle resources to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Collaborate with the dispatch team to optimize scheduling and daily workflows.
• Analyze job progress, costs, and quality standards to ensure timely completion of projects.
