Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team in Northbrook, IL.
Responsibilities
• Fabrication, installation, maintenance, major repairs and operation of all building equipment including boilers, HVACs, compressors, and more.
• Perform electrical, welding, carpentry and masonry work associated with all building equipment, accessories and components.
• Produce support documentation such as calculations, materials lists and as-built drawings.
• Provide assistance in various duties in heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), mechanical, chemical and electrical disciplines.
• Assist in problem-solving and training of subordinates in the repair and installation of building equipment and components.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certifications and/or licensing in HVAC systems required.
• Ability to work on-site in Northbrook, IL, Monday through Friday, starting at 8am.
Salary
The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on years of experience.
