Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Coordinator Lead to join our team at Climatec LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of service technicians, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks. You will also provide technical guidance and support to customers and internal teams. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of service technicians.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supervisory or leadership roles.

Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
