Project Lead Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Large-Scale HVAC and Plumbing Project Lead to join our team at Gulfstream SP. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for leading our commercial HVAC and plumbing projects in Orange County, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project teams to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Oversee installation of advanced mechanical systems, including chillers, boilers, and air handlers.
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Leverage industry-standard tools for detailed planning and progress tracking.
We offer a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience.
