About the Role
We are seeking skilled Field Service Technicians to join our team and provide expert service across the greater Los Angeles / Orange County region.
Servicing and installation of commercial food service equipment, including soda fountains, coffee machines, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and frozen beverage dispensers will be a key focus of this role.

Responsibilities
• Perform repairs and maintenance on commercial food service equipment in various settings, including restaurants, convenience stores, offices, hotels, and coffee shops.
• Use diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Track maintenance and repairs in our company database to ensure accurate records and efficient service delivery.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications
• Prior experience performing repairs on mechanical equipment, preferably in a similar environment.
• Thorough knowledge of commercial food service equipment and machinery.
• Experience using common hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic tools and software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
