As a Residential Plumbing Service Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers' plumbing systems run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include utilizing hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including drains, pipes, fixtures, and water heaters.
Job Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in residential plumbing maintenance
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing situations
• Willingness to work in outdoor weather conditions and confined spaces
Salary: $22-$30 per hour based on experience and location in Orange, CA.
Work Environment:
You will work in various settings, including customer residences and outdoor locations. Some physical risks may be encountered, such as exposure to heat, sun, walking up ladders exceeding thirty feet, and exposure to environmental factors. You will stand for up to 8 hours a day and walk for up to 8 hours, with occasional heavy manual labor required. You may work in confined or tight spaces frequently.
