The HVAC Service Operations Supervisor is a key role at Champions Group Holdings, responsible for overseeing the performance of our residential HVAC team. This position requires a highly technical and experienced individual who can lead by example, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer service.
We are seeking an accomplished leader with a strong background in HVAC maintenance and repair. The successful candidate will have experience working with residential HVAC systems, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for mentoring and guiding our technicians to ensure they provide top-notch service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of HVAC service technicians to ensure they meet department sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
• Conduct regular site visits to verify and confirm that technicians are providing consistent, high-quality service.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company standards and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the dispatch department to resolve any issues related to recent service calls.
