Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Team Customer Service Representative to join our team in Anaheim, CA. As a key member of our plumbing operations, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering inbound calls, and scheduling plumbing calls while dispatching for the plumbing department.

Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Answering inbound plumbing calls and responding to customer inquiries
• Making outbound plumbing calls to our existing customer base
• Scheduling plumbing calls while dispatching for the plumbing department
Work Schedule
Our CSRs typically work Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. This schedule provides a great balance between work and personal life, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Previous experience as a CSR or dispatcher with a plumbing company
• Proficiency using Service Titan software
• Phone customer service experience (preferred)
• Sales experience (preferred)
