Responsibilities:
As a Light Commercial HVAC Technician, your primary responsibilities will include:
• Diagnosing and repairing commercial HVAC systems
• Conducting routine preventive maintenance
• Testing and inspecting HVAC systems for proper operation
• Troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration components
• Maintaining records of all service calls and repairs
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have 2-5 years of experience as a Light Commercial HVAC Technician, be proficient in reading blueprints and diagrams, and have knowledge of local building codes and regulations. You should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
