Responsibilities:
• Support the preparation of accurate estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Review blueprints, specifications, and project documents to prepare cost estimates.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and calculations for materials, equipment, and labor requirements.
• Research material costs, equipment pricing, and subcontractor bids to ensure accurate estimates.
• Collaborate with senior estimators and project managers to align project scope and goals.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HVAC or plumbing estimating, design, or construction (internship experience accepted).
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with high attention to detail.
