Job Description
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at Tex-AC & Heating. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing heating and air conditioning systems in residences and commercial establishments.
As an HVAC Technician, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from routine maintenance to complex repairs. You will also have the chance to develop strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Repair or service heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to improve efficiency
• Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction
• Test pipe or tubing joints or connections for leaks
• Test electrical circuits or components for continuity
• Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring
Requirements
• Past experience as an HVAC service technician or comparable education
• Valid Drivers License
• EPA Certification
• Experience with operation and maintenance of RTU package units, heat pumps, air handlers, high eff furnaces, two stage compressors
• Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40 pounds
