About the Position

Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair complex HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems.
• Perform routine maintenance services to ensure system efficiency and longevity.
• Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC units and components.
• Provide clear, concise explanations of repairs, maintenance, and installation procedures to customers.
• Maintain accurate service records, including work performed and parts used.
• Collaborate with team members and provide guidance to junior technicians.
• Uphold company standards for customer satisfaction, safety, and quality of work.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide cost-effective solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies, tools, and industry trends.
Salary and Benefits:
