Job Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess a valid driver's license, have 3-5 years of relevant experience, and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. You should also be dependable, able to work independently, and possess standard computer skills. Additionally, you will need to own industry-standard hand tools and have the ability to climb ladders, work from heights, and crawl in tight quarters. Traveling extensively within the region is also a requirement, as is working some nights, weekends, and holidays for on-call rotation with your department. Previous experience as a commercial HVAC and Refrigeration technician is mandatory, and Universal EPA certification is highly preferred.
