We're excited to offer a challenging role as a Commercial Mechanical Service Solutions Specialist with Comfort Systems USA Southeast.
In this position, you'll work closely with our clients to understand their HVAC mechanical maintenance needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
Responsibilities Include:
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in commercial and industrial settings.
• Building relationships with key decision-makers to provide expert guidance on HVAC mechanical maintenance services.
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
• Conducting site visits to assess client needs and develop customized solutions.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of sales experience in a related field.
• Prior experience in the construction or mechanical service industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Estimated Salary: $55,000+ per year, based on qualifications and experience.
