We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team at Busby's Heating and Air Conditioning as an HVAC Maintenance Specialist. This role involves performing routine maintenance on heating and air conditioning equipment, evaluating potential problems, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of heating and air conditioning equipment.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure their satisfaction.
• Equipment Evaluation: Inspect equipment to identify potential issues, recommending repairs or replacements as necessary.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with relevant education or training in HVAC or a related field.
• 1-2 Years of Experience: Have at least 1-2 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with a strong understanding of heating and air conditioning systems.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management, ensuring clear understanding and expectations.
