Job Title: Commercial Heating Dispatcher
We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Commercial Heating Dispatcher to join our team at Controlled Combustion Co. This is a critical role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Dispatch technicians to customer locations efficiently and effectively.
• Facilitate accurate documentation of requests and job progress.
• Communicate with customers regarding appointments, delays, and other relevant information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve issues effectively.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a dispatcher or scheduler in a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in using computer software and systems, including scheduling software and CRM tools.
Salary:
$60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
