Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Service Operations Coordinator to join our team at American Air Filter International. As an HVAC Service Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating filter service jobs to increase service business in the market.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and service experience in the HVAC industry, with a focus on filter service and maintenance. You will be able to interpret industry standards, technical drawings, and specifications, and possess strong digital literacy skills in Microsoft Office, including Teams, SharePoint, and SAP.
In this role, you will lead a team of service technicians and be responsible for developing a service portfolio to support business growth. You will also maintain a service estimate tool for the region, evaluate current service technician salaries, and determine productivity and training needs to improve technician productivity.
