Position Overview
The HVAC Sales Service Coordinator enhances service business in the New Jersey market by coordinating filter service jobs for the AAF International branch.
Key Responsibilities
• Schedule and coordinate filter service jobs with customers.
• Order necessary filters and materials.
• Create service tickets.
• Conduct filter surveys to maintain relationships and check AHUs.
• Direct reports include service technicians.
• Develop a service portfolio to support business growth.
• Maintain a service estimate tool, including evaluation of technician salaries.
• Maintain technician utilization schedules monthly.
• Support National Service Safety protocols and provide feedback.
• Maintain OSHA training annually.
• Increase utilization, revenue per head, margin, and training.
• Evaluate alignment between service strategy and US branch business unit strategies.
Requirements
• HVAC certification required;
• Sales and service experience in HVAC;
• Strong teamwork and communication skills;
• Able to interpret industry standards, technical drawings, and specifications;
• Digital literacy in Microsoft Office (Teams, SharePoint, SAP);
• Leader with conflict resolution skills, resilience, and schedule management;
• Good organizational and project management skills;
• Safety training;
• $60,000 - $80,000 estimated annual salary.
