Key Responsibilities
• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to industry standards.
• Provide timely and effective solutions to customer complaints and concerns.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance overall performance.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines and prioritization skills.
