Job Summary
The HVAC Install Coordinator role at ARS-Rescue Rooter is a key position that requires strong organizational and communication skills. As a coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling installation jobs, coordinating administrative activities, and ensuring that work is completed within expected timeframes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Scheduling installation jobs and coordinating service schedules
• Preparing documentation and entering scheduled work into the system
• Preparing materials lists and coordinating orders/delivery with vendors
• Communicating with customers and departmental personnel via phone, email, and written correspondence
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience and/or advanced training may be substituted
• Previous customer service experience desired
• Basic computer skills and strong communication/interpersonal skills required
