About the Job: We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager for our commercial service branch in Ashburn, VA.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the commercial air conditioning business and be able to lead a team to efficiently execute planned maintenance, repair, overhaul, and installation projects.

• Financial planning and forecasting
• Talent development and team management
• Field operations and optimization
• Customer relationships and quality issue management
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in the Commercial HVAC industry
• 2+ years of experience managing/leading a team of technicians
• High School diploma or GED
• Must have a valid Driver's License
Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on location and experience
