Light Commercial and Industrial HVAC Technicians Wanted
About the Position:
We are seeking skilled Light Commercial and Industrial HVAC Technicians to join our team in Knoxville, TN. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform assigned chiller maintenance and troubleshooting tasks in industrial and commercial settings.
• Service, diagnose, and troubleshoot various types of chillers.
• Perform technical level support/repairs, overhauls, general maintenance and start-ups of various mechanical commercial equipment such as Boilers, Water Heaters, Pumps, Humidifiers, Booster Systems, Variable Frequency Drive, etc.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot commercial Hydronic Plumbing equipment.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of HVAC and boiler repair and maintenance.
• An Associate's Degree or equivalent from a Technical / Trade School with a certificate in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning.
• EPA mandated card for safe refrigerant handling and Universal certification preferred.

Salary and Benefits:
