Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description
You will be responsible for performing maintenance, repair, and replacement services on commercial heating and cooling systems, using advanced heavy commercial and industrial equipment. Our Service Technical Academy (STA) offers factory certification, milestone recognition, and monetary rewards, along with top-of-the-line technology, equipment, and uniforms.
In this role, you will also have access to tools and a vehicle to perform your job at the highest standard. Servicemen must have practical working experience in residential, light commercial, or commercial mechanical equipment and may be required to satisfactorily pass an examination to identify special skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; High School Diploma or equivalent accepted if accompanied by relevant certifications and training
• Two (2) years of commercial and/or industrial, mechanical troubleshooting experience in the HVAC industry
• Ability to commit to a 30-Hour OSHA Certification upon hire
• Computer savvy with good verbal and written communication skills
• Five years of Chillers and/or Boilers experience
