Responsibilities
The HVAC Installer role involves installing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and other equipment according to manufacturing specifications and company requirements.
• Drive to job sites for HVAC installations and repairs.
• Diagnose HVAC units to identify issues and determine necessary repairs or replacements.
• Prepare detailed recommendations for repair or replacement, including specific issues and proposed solutions.
• Communicate with the home office for approval, providing relevant information and documentation.
• Once approved, proceed to repair or replace existing HVAC units according to company standards and industry best practices.
• Install new HVAC systems and components, ensuring proper wiring, ductwork, and insulation.
• Test HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC units to maximize their lifespan and performance.
Requirements
• At least 2 years of HVAC installation experience.
• Able to work on residential units.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• No felonies.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.A.
