Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HVAC professional to lead our residential team in the new construction market.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC service, including troubleshooting systems, material selection, and quality inspections.
The HVAC Lead will be responsible for:
• Laying out houses to ensure efficient system installation
• Troubleshooting complex HVAC systems
• Coordinating with builders and crews to ensure timely completion of projects
• Maintaining accurate records of material usage and project timelines
A valid driver's license and at least 2 years of HVAC experience are required. The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
