As a Duct Cleaning and Maintenance Specialist at Comfort Systems of Montana, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and efficiency of homes and businesses. Your responsibilities will include inspecting and cleaning air duct systems, replacing furnace filters, changing thermostat batteries, and educating customers about products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and Clean Air Duct Systems: Follow company policies to ensure safe and efficient duct cleaning.
• Customer Service: Establish rapport with customers to provide exceptional service and education.
• Component Maintenance: Remove and clean blower wheels, evaporator coils, and condenser coils.
• Dryer Vent Cleaning: Clean residential and commercial dryer vents.
• Comfort Club Maintenance: Replace furnace filters and change thermostat batteries for Comfort Club members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience in duct cleaning and HVAC maintenance is preferred.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service Skills: Ability to establish rapport with customers and communicate effectively.
• Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license and good driving record are required.
