Job Responsibilities:
• Skill Development: Engaging in learning, training and mentorship to master the fundamentals of HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with experienced installers, technitions and peers to enhance learning through practical experience.
• Quality Assurance: Assisting in ensuring that all HVAC installations meet our high standards of quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in HVAC is a plus.
• Interest in pursuing a career in the HVAC industry.
• Strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
• Basic mechanical skills and ability to use hand tools.
